Tauranga supermarket owner Robin Brooke may learn later today if he is to be charged in connection with a New Year's Eve incident at a Fijian resort.
Robin Brooke, owner of the New World Gate Pa, and a former All Black is accused of groping a 15 year old girl on the buttocks and then with assaulting a 17 year old friend of the girl who confronted Robin about the incident at the Denarau Resort.

The alleged victim's Auckland family is pressuring Fiji police to lay charges, claiming Robin has failed to apologise for the incident.
Robin was not at work today. New World Gate Pa manager Stacey says he's on holiday until the end of the month.
