Hato Hone St John's ambulances are at the scene of a crash on State Highway 29A, says a police spokesperson.
"A two-vehicle crash on State Highway 29A near Kuihi Street was reported to police at 7.49am."
The spkesperson says ambulance services have been called to attend.
"The road is still open."
